Pre-Construction Anti Termite Treatment: 

If you are planning to build a house or develop your property for building your office, termite control is the first thing you should think of. We use highly professional and advanced techniques for treating the termite infestation problem. Direct liquid treatments are applied to the outside, inside and also in the foundation to eliminate the termites completely. Direct injection of liquid pesticide (termiticide) to masonry walls, within the foundation walls and also areas under the concrete slabs is part of our specialized termite control treatment plan.

Post Construction Anti-Termite Treatment (For Existing Buildings): 

Treatment to wall and floor junction: Holes of 12mm diameter 18-20 inches apart will be drilled along the inner junction of wall and floor at depth of 6''on the entire ground and 4” on the first floor premises. Termiticide solution will be injected under pressure into these holes to create barrier against termites. If heavy infestation is noticed on 2nd and above floors the same treatment will be carried out on that particular floor.
Treatment to wooden fixtures:  Holes of 12mm diameter will be drilled at the base of woodenfixtures such as window frames and doorframes adjoining the flooring and termiticide solution will be injected. This treatment will be carried out on all floors (except basements/Terrace). An oil-based termiticide will be sprayed on all the woodwork infested by the termites within the premises. Special care will be taken in case furniture attached to the wall as the termites can easily attack them. Drilling will be carried out at the base of all such fixture and termiticide solution will be injected.
Treatment to termite tubes: Visible shelter mud tubes are first sprayed, to control the existing movement of termites. The mud tube will be then removed and treatment will be given to the infested area.
Treatment along the external perimeter of the building:  Trenching or drilling holes of 12mm diameter 12 inches apart along the external walls of the building at depth of 1ft. will be carried out to create a chemical barrier/killing field around the building. All the drilled holes will be sealed. If the building is on stilt, holes will be drilled only along the column side at ground level. If there is loose earth around the walls of the building, rodding will be done on every ft. adjacent to the external surfaces of the foundation wall up to a depth of 500 mm from the ground level. If building is surrounded by garden, the treatment shall be carried out to soil, which is in immediate contact with the building.
Wooden portion of building are treated further, on all floors, wood work like doors and windows, which are highly susceptible to termite attack are also protected by treatment. Spot treatment of spraying on infested areas in the walls and ceiling is also carried out.

Powder Borer or Wood Borer Treatment: 

Powder Post Beetles and other wood eating species are another insect you need to fear. Powder Post Beetles (Wood Beetles) survive by eating through and digesting wood, one of the best ways to get rid of them is by treating the wood or infested wooden furniture in your premises with the approved Insecticide treatment products.

Termite Reticulation Pipe: 

We are able to install a Termite Reticulation System under a concrete slab floor prior to building your home and we can also install this system around the perimeter of your home. It is a flexible system that uses pipes which have emitters fabricated into the pipe. These emitters distribute chemical evenly at measured rate. Chemical levels are topped up every 3-5 years to maintain effectiveness.
